Some while ago on a SNO newsletter I put up a short note about equipment I have collected over the years - quite a bit of which stems back to a time when 'of a certain age' I thought I would start a rock-band. (Much to my dear wife's reservations, it has to be said). Having been boo'ed off a few stages or performing to a slightly tipsy audiences of about 3, it was probably a good idea to admit that time had caught up.
This collection of 'stuff' includes electronic keyboards, PA systems, mixers, effects units, microphones, stands and a 16-bit digital recording system.
It would be a pity if this is left to gather more dust in the loft, so I would be more than happy to lend this out to members of SNO if thy ever need to access to some of this, or just to record themselves (or their various ensembles) playing. Help freely given in setting this up, of course.
... on the other hand I did hear a great performance of "Paint it Black" performed by the London Philharmonic, once.... Any chance, Katy?
